Leo Backing Tracks UK offers 2 shipping methods; digital download direct from our servers, and digital hard-media via the postal service.

In both cases, purchases will not be dispatched to you until full payment has been received, either via our online payments system, or over the phone. Leo Backing Tracks UK may consider setting up bank transfer funding in special circumstances, but we do not accept cash, cheques or postal orders.

Once you have completed your payment, you will either be provided with access to a dynamically created webpage where you can retrieve your purchase at any time within 24 hours, or we will dispatch a digital hard-media product to the address you specify during the checkout procedure. (Note; you must allow 7 working days for digital hard-media purchases to arrive at the specified destination within the United Kingdom, or 21 days for international orders.)

Once you have been provided with access to a download page, or your digital hard-media product has been dispatched, you will not be eligible for a refund or alternative products, even if alternative products are of the same value as your original purchase. However, in the event you are unable to access the download page, or your digital hard-media product does not arrive, Leo Backing Tracks UK will be happy to provide a replacement of the same backing tracks purchased at no extra cost.

You will be required to sign for any digital hard-media dispatches.

If your digital hard-media product is damaged in any way, or the quality of the recordings is not the same or higher than that of the samples made available for you to listen to before you make your purchase, Leo Backing Tracks UK will be happy to provide a replacement at no extra charge. However, you only have 7 days after receipt of your purchase to request a replacement copy.

Leo Backing Tracks UK will not exchange purchased products for other items, or offer a refund or credit note under any circumstances other than those explicitly defined here or in our Terms And Conditions statement.
