1.1. LMC takes reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of the information you provide to us once it is received on our systems. However, when you submit information about yourself to LMC over the Internet, the information may travel over many systems that are not controlled by LMC.

2. Your Consent

2.1. LMC will not email, phone, SMS text or write to you in the future unless you have given us your consent to do so.

2.2. As LMC provides an automatic ordering service which makes it possible for you to receive products and/or services online through the Leo Backing Tracks UK Website, LMC will need to collect such information as your name, address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow you to pay for the items you have ordered and ensure that they are delivered to you at the correct address. However, we will not retain such details any longer than necessary unless you choose to register with us as a regular customer.

2.3. LMC will not under any circumstances, sell, rent or trade information about you without your express permission.

3. Checking Your Details

3.1. If you wish to verify the details LMC has stored about you please email us. Our security procedures mean we will need proof of identity before we reveal any information.

3.2. Acceptable proof of identity is the e-mail address and password submitted upon registration to any of LMC's online services. However, LMC reserves the right to ask any additional questions for security and verification purposes.

4. Infringement And Legal Authorities

4.1. LMC reserves the right to suspend your access to any of it's products and/or services if there is reason to suspect that you or someone claiming to be you is attempting to use our service illegally.

4.2. In such circumstances, we would endeavour to contact you to discuss the situation, however we reserve the right to approach the authorities if we deem it necessary.

4.3. LMC may disclose Personally Identifiable Information in cases when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify someone who may be violating LMC's Terms and Conditions or may be causing injury to the rights and/or property of LMC, other users, or anyone else.

4.4. LMC may disclose Personally Identifiable Information of our users to government authorities at our discretion.
